Q: How do you control quality?
We run a full inspection process: incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), final inspection (FQC), and outgoing inspection (OQC), plus aging tests and 100% functional testing before shipment.
Q: What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight. Terms for long-term partners can be discussed.
Q: What trade terms do you offer?
We quote EXW, FOB NINGBO upon request.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and level of customization:
· Standard models with logo only: from 100 units
· Customized colors or packaging: from 100 units
· Fully custom products: from 200 units
Q: How long does development take?
· Private label (ODM) with light customization: approximately 4–8weeks to sample.
· Fully custom development (OEM): approximately 3–6 months, depending on complexity and tooling.
Q: Do you have ready-made models for private labeling?
Yes. We offer 10 electronic drum kits and 12 audio products ready for private label. You can download our latest catalog from our website directly.
Q: What can be customized?
Almost everything visible or functional: logo, colors, pad and drum head materials, sound library, module features, language, app integration, speaker tuning, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
